Prof. Avv. Carlo Pisani among the speakers at the conference
“Professionals in Complex Organizations: Autonomy, Single-Client Relationships and Economic Dependence”
16 December 2025 – eCampus University, Rome
DISUS, the Department of Human and Social Sciences of eCampus University of Rome, presents the conference entitled “PROFESSIONALS IN COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS: AUTONOMY, SINGLE-CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND ECONOMIC DEPENDENCE.”
During the event, the main critical issues concerning the protection of self-employed work will be addressed, with particular focus on professionals integrated into complex organizational structures—figures with highly specific protection needs that are only marginally addressed by the current regulatory framework. Special attention will be devoted to the professions of lawyers and physicians, and, more generally, to the role of indicators such as economic dependence and single-client relationships.
The conference will take place on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., both in person in Rome at eCampus University, Via Matera no. 18–36/m, and via videoconference.
Participation in the conference requires prior registration by completing the registration form. All registered participants will receive information on how to access the online live stream prior to the start of the event.
The training activity is accredited by the Italian Young Lawyers Association (AIGA) for the purposes of continuing legal education, pursuant to the Protocol signed with the Italian National Bar Council on 14 September 2016.
